BIOMETRIC PAYOUT HELD IN MATANOG

A Biometric Payout for the Set 2 and set 6 Pantawid Pamilya beneficiaries (Period 4, 5 and 6) was done at the Municipal Gymnasium, Municipality of Matanog on March 13, 2014. More than 3,000 beneficiaries were served.

The biometric system is adopted for payment of conditional cash grants to 4Ps beneficiaries to ensure that only the true/legitimate beneficiaries are the ones receiving the grant. The system uses the names, photos and fingerprints of beneficiaries who are registered in the machine to ensure that real beneficiaries the ones claiming their cash grants amidst reports of fraud and misrepresentation.


DSWD-ARMM Conducts Gender Sensitivity Training

A Gender Sensitivity Training intended to orient participants on the necessity of mainstreaming Gender and Development in the implementation Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program (4Ps) was held at Marco Polo Hotel on July 25-27, 2013.

           

ERPAT Conducted in Davao City

erpatDSWD-ARMM, in its bid to reinforce the socio-economic development of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries throughout all provinces of ARMM, conducted a four-day Training of Trainers (TOT) on Empowerment and Reaffirmation of Paternal Abilities Training (ERPAT) on January 27 to February 1, 2013 in Davao City.

Aquino III “Directing the Adoption of a Performance-Based Incentive System for Government Employees,” the department, through its Administrative and Finance Division, headed by Chief Administrative Officer, Hadja Sambay Salik-Suwaib,  conducted a three-day seminar-workshop on Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) on January 14-16, 2013 at the Estosan Garden Hotel, Cotabato City. Resource Persons from the Civil Service Commission (CSC-ARMM) lectured on various aspects of the system.
